Join SMCP – Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, Fursac as a Store Manager at Desert Hills Premium Outlets, Cabazon, CA.

Our ambition is to lead in accessible luxury, spreading Parisian chic worldwide across 43 countries with a strong North American presence of over 168 stores and digital platforms.

We seek a dynamic Store Leader to grow the business, build the local client base, and develop talent. The ideal candidate will foster an inspiring environment, focus on business growth through People, Product, and Planet, and lead with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through clienteling programs.
  • Achieve KPIs such as conversion rate, UPT, average basket size, and inventory management.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Develop effective relationships with corporate partners.
Candidate Profile:
  • 2-3+ years of supervisory experience in luxury retail management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented with solid analytical skills.
  • Experience in HR and talent development preferred.
