KnitWell Group's LOFT store in Virginia Beach is seeking a Store Manager to lead customer and associate experiences, drive profitability, and uphold visual and service standards. You will coach a team to reach its full potential and ensure a welcoming shopping environment, while using data to guide staffing and budgeting decisions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail store management or related service roles, a hospitality mindset, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency

Use tools and reporting to oversee store profitability, effective budgeting, and payroll. Analyze reporting to develop short and long-term retail plans. Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing.
