Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 18 years; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise others.

Responsibilities

• Train pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent and develop store staff.
• Open/close the store, count cash and merchandise, protect assets.

• Ensure operating standards meet FirstCash guidelines.
