Responsibilities

• Use market knowledge and data to create action plans that achieve financial, customer service, and operational objectives.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and operational skills to maximize sales.

• Motivate and engage team members, providing feedback for performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and attend district meetings.
