Lu & Aug's is a fast-growing, community-loved ice cream and coffee shop in Ardmore, PA. We’re known for our handcrafted soft serve, creative espresso drinks, and feel-good vibes. Our shop thrives on teamwork, creativity, and making every customer feel welcome — whether we’re handing out slices of birthday cake or launching a new limited-edition flavor.

We’re looking for a positive, energetic Store Manager who can lead our team, deliver amazing customer experiences, and keep operations running smoothly in our fun and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & Inspire: Motivate and guide our team while creating a supportive and upbeat workplace.

  • Deliver Great Service: Make every customer feel welcome with world-class, friendly service.

  • Run the Show: Oversee daily shop operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and inventory.

  • Build the Schedule: Create staff schedules that keep everything running smoothly.

  • Manage Inventory: Keep top items stocked and minimize waste.

  • Coach the Team: Train, mentor, and encourage staff to grow and succeed.

  • Get Creative: Help us roll out seasonal drinks, special promotions, and in-store events.

  • Engage Locally: Support our partnerships and keep us connected with the community.

  • Promote Positivity: Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming space for everyone.

  • Lead Shifts: Keep the energy high and standards strong during busy shifts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ year in customer service (retail, restaurant, or hospitality)

  • Positive leader with a team-first mindset

  • Self-starter who’s organized, proactive, and hands-on

  • Great communicator who connects with customers and staff

  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to hustle (especially during busy rushes)

  • Available for weekends and late nights (past 11 p.m.)

  • Passionate about community and bringing good vibes

  • Comfortable using a POS system and handling transactions

  • Willingness to clean and maintain a sparkling shop

  • Calm and resourceful when things get busy or unexpected
