Job summary

Scooter’s Coffee is seeking a Store Manager II in Bellevue, NE to lead a fast-paced team and deliver outstanding drinks and experiences. You’ll hire, train, coach, and model the brand’s core values while ensuring smooth operations and customer delight.

In this role you’ll drive sales, manage schedules, and maintain product quality, all while fostering a positive, high-energy environment. Local travel may be required and coffee excellence is the goal.

As Store Manager II, you’ll be the ultimate team captain—leading a crew of baristas, delivering amazing drinks amazingly fast, and creating unforgettable customer experiences. You'll hire, train, coach, problem-solve, and hustle—all with a smile and a can-do attitude.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with building, training, and inspiring a rockstar team
• Keep the store humming—clean, stocked, and running smooth
• Deliver AMAZING customer service every single time
• Assist with driving sales and crushing goals
