**General Description:**

As a Store Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers, making meaningful connections while delivering outstanding service. You will be responsible for managing the store effectively by scheduling associates, managing appointments, and tracking and achieving profitability goals. The Store Manager leads, coaches, and directs store associates to ensure optimal store performance. We encourage you to allow us to invest in your success as you invest in ours; apply today!

**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:**

1. Help drive, track, and reach sales and profitability goals through guest and employee interactions, including tire and service sales.
2. Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction.
3. Advocate for employees with respect to training and development.
4. Partner in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding, including developing a compensation philosophy.
5. Ensure compliance with workforce labor requirements and Goodyear Retail standards.
6. Articulate all warranties, promotions, and advertisements clearly.
7. Utilize provided tools to make recommendations to guests based on manufacturing guidelines.
8. Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
9. Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting, handling tires and wheels.

**Basic Qualifications:**

1. Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
2. Valid driver's license.
3. Must be at least 18 years old.
4. No relocation offered for this position.
5. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

1. Previous automotive service experience.
2. Previous automotive sales experience.

**Position Criteria:**

1. Strong work ethic; motivated to produce results independently.
2. Hardworking, responsible, dependable, conscientious, with good communication and teamwork skills.
3. Ability to review, analyze, interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
4. Ability to follow procedures and guidelines.
5. Stores may operate 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays, depending on location.
6. Commitment to safety policies and procedures.
