General Function

The Store Manager is a leadership role within LensCrafters, responsible for delivering key performance indicators by integrating the Brand Story and ensuring a flawless customer experience.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensure the team provides outstanding customer service.
  • Provide training and coaching using company programs.
  • Analyze reports to improve store KPIs, including NPS, sales, customer count, and others.
  • Attract and hire engaged team members to ensure optimal staffing.
  • Partner with the Doctor of Optometry to enhance customer and patient experience and drive KPIs.
  • Maintain store standards in operations, inventory, and visual merchandising for the best customer experience.
  • Implement and maintain safety programs to ensure a safe and enjoyable working environment.
Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of operations, processes, and business implications.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Team building and management skills.
  • Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise.
  • Effective communication and listening skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Sales skills.
  • Familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators.
  • Ability to manage time under deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent.
  • State licensure or ABO Certification (if applicable).
  • LensCrafters Final Inspector Certification.
  • Experience in customer service and retail.
  • Knowledge of store merchandise.
  • Business acumen, including familiarity with LC Dashboard.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $73,416.00 - $131,262.84. Compensation is influenced by location, experience, and skills. Benefits may include health care, retirement, paid time off, and discounts. Bonuses and commissions may also be offered.
