Position: Full-Time

General Function

The Store Manager is a leader within the organization, responsible for delivering key performance indicators by integrating the Brand Story and ensuring a flawless customer experience.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensure the team provides outstanding customer service
  • Provide training and coaching using company programs
  • Analyze reports to improve store KPIs such as NPS, sales, customer count, and others
  • Attract and hire engaged team members
  • Partner with the Doctor of Optometry to enhance customer and patient experience
  • Maintain operational, inventory, and visual standards
  • Implement safety programs to ensure a safe and fun environment
Basic Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 4+ years management/supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of operations and business implications
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Sales experience
  • Familiarity with cash registers and computers
  • Ability to manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent
  • Optical licensure or ABO certification (if applicable)
  • Experience in customer service and retail
  • Knowledge of store merchandise and business acumen
