GENERAL FUNCTION

The Store Manager's mission is to be a leader within LensCrafters, delivering key performance indicators by integrating the Brand Story and ensuring a flawless customer experience.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure the team provides exceptional customer service.
  • Provide training and coaching using company programs.
  • Analyze reports to improve store KPIs, including NPS, sales, customer count, and others.
  • Attract and hire engaged team members to ensure optimal staffing.
  • Partner with the Doctor of Optometry to enhance customer and patient experiences and drive KPIs.
  • Maintain store standards in operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.
  • Implement and uphold safety programs to ensure a safe and enjoyable working environment.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of operations, processes, and business implications.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Team building and management skills.
  • Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise.
  • Effective communication and listening skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Sales skills.
  • Familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators.
  • Ability to manage time under deadlines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • College degree or equivalent.
  • State licensure and/or ABO Certification (if applicable).
  • LensCrafters Final Inspector Certification.
  • Experience in customer service and retail.
  • Knowledge of store merchandise.
  • Business acumen, including proficiency with LC Dashboard.
Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $70,357.00 - $125,793.56. Compensation depends on various factors including location, experience, and qualifications. Benefits may include health care, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts.
