Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA compliance: accommodations available upon request.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda restaurant location, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership training and support through an 8+ week store leadership training program.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and maintain store performance.
