Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of a single Panda Express restaurant, including staffing and guest experience to achieve financial goals.
• Provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training and mentorship for new managers.
• Manage schedules, ensure food safety, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
