Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experiences.
• Lead the 8+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
• Ensure smooth store operations with flexible scheduling and the ability to adapt to business needs.
