Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Ocala, FL to lead a single Panda Express location. You will hire, train and direct team members to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes overseeing daily operations and ensuring food safety standards, with an 8+ week leadership training program provided to prepare you for success in our growing family of restaurants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be willing to relocate/move to a store within 50 miles.
• Availability for a flexible schedule including openings/closings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
