An 8+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success, with ongoing career development and growth opportunities within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
• Drive store success through effective leadership and guest focus.
