Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. in Honolulu, Hawaii, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team at Panda Express.

We are committed to professional and personal development, offering paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from our Panda community that cares about your success. As a Store Manager you’ll oversee a single store’s operations, including hiring, directing of associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, train and lead associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and complete the 8+ week store leadership training program.
