As a Store Manager you’ll oversee a single store’s operations, including hiring, directing of associates to hit financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, train and lead associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and complete the 8+ week store leadership training program.
