Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee a single Panda Express location in Gainesville, FL. You will hire, coach and direct associates to meet financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in our leadership training program and progress toward a General Manager role after GO100 certification. 12+ weeks of leadership training are provided, with ongoing career development, benefits, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in Panda's GM development path and management leadership training.
• Complete leadership training and GM certification course (GO100) to be eligible for promotion.
