Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead one store, hire and supervise staff, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in a structured 8+ week leadership training program designed to prepare you for growth within the company. You must hold a high school diploma, be willing to relocate within 50 miles, and be able to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA Statement: accommodations may be provided upon request during the application process.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
