Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 miles radius of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring guest experiences.
• Provide 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program.
