Job summary

Panda Express in Anaheim, CA is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a Panda Express restaurant. You will hire, train and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding Panda's standards.

This role includes 12+ weeks of leadership training, an accelerated path to General Manager, and a comprehensive benefits package with meals, insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Serve Safe certified for food safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand long periods, reach 36 inches.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, training and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Partner with the leadership development path; start as Store Manager and progress toward General Manager after training and GM certification (GO100).
