Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for a single Panda Express store to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Hire, train and direct store associates and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
