You will oversee store operations, hire and supervise team members, drive financial results, and ensure guest satisfaction. An eight-week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Lead and develop the store team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
• Participate in the eight-week store leadership training program and ongoing leadership development.
