Panda Restaurant Group seeks a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location, driving guest experiences and financial results. You will hire, train and supervise associates, set goals, and ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and guest experiences to meet financial goals.
• Hire, train and supervise associates to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead and participate in the 8+ week store leadership training program.
• Maintain safety, quality standards and customer service expectations.
