Job summary

Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager in Milledgeville, GA to oversee a single store's operations. You will hire, manage, and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week store leadership training program, mentorship, and support from our Panda community to help you succeed. The role requires flexibility and mobility within 50 miles, with opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store and manage hiring, directing, and performance of associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and implement the store leadership training program (8+ weeks) to develop capability and performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and operational policies to deliver a consistent guest experience.
