Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Destin, FL. You’ll oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates, and driving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operation to meet financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train, anddirect associates to deliver exceptional service.
• Lead a single store and drive daily performance.
