Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager in California to lead a Panda Express location. You will drive daily operations, hire and supervise associates, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while advancing along a GM development path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Must be available for opening/closing shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store and lead associates toward financial and guest service goals.
• Hire, coach, and direct staff to fulfill daily store needs and uphold Panda standards.
