The role includes overseeing store operations, hiring and directing associates, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The company offers comprehensive training and generous compensation along with a range of benefits.

Ideal candidates will have flexibility to work various schedules and a high school diploma. Pay ranges from $32 to $35 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

Conocimientos

Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius

Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Educación

High school diploma required
