Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead operations at a Panda Express location in Mobile, AL. You will hire, coach and supervise staff to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in an 8+ week leadership training program and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including meals, insurance, 401K match and PTO. This role requires flexibility for opening/closing shifts and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified for Food Safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and hands-on training to prepare for success through an 8+ week leadership program.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences and maintain a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
