Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including open/close shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified or eligible.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a Panda Express store and drive financial performance.
• Hire, supervise, and direct associates to deliver guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and coaching to ensure quality service and safety.
• Ensure adherence to standards and drive continuous improvement.
