Qualifications

• Leadership experience for store management
• Guest experience focus and team supervision
• Flexibility to move within 50 miles of home and to a flexible schedule
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing and mentoring associates to meet financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program and uphold company policies and safety standards.
