Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ employees, including scheduling and training.
• Recruit, hire and coach staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain store image, inventory, safety and compliance with company standards.
• Analyze daily sales, manage expenses and assist with budgeting.
• Communicate effectively with team and District Manager; uphold standards.
