Job summary

Sherman Associates’ Starbucks licensed location in Minneapolis seeks a Store Manager to lead a team of baristas and shift leads, driving the Starbucks Experience for customers and staff. You will supervise hiring, training, evaluating, and scheduling, and ensure service, quality, and brand standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities include managing labor costs, reviewing financial reports, and implementing corrective actions to maximize revenue while maintaining safety and store controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months supervisory/lead experience.
• 2+ years of restaurant/hospitality/coffee experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and deliver exceptional service to customers and team members.
• Maintain proficiency in all operational functions, including coffee, espresso, pastry and beverage stations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operating efficiencies, revenue, profitability, and store performance.
• Ensure facilities, equipment, and assets are maintained to brand standards.
• Analyze financial and forecasting reports to drive revenue, manage expenses and profitability.
