Job summary

Journeys in Joplin, MO is seeking an energetic Manager in Training to recruit, hire, and train store personnel while driving sales and safeguarding assets.

You will lead a team to meet goals, coach staff, schedule shifts, and ensure great customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

Completion of in-house training leads to advancement; must be able to work nights and weekends; age 18+.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow into management role.
• Completion of training leading to Manager in Training or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals.
