Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to relocate within a 50-mile radius.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including openings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified or food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing of teammates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to ensure success.
• Ensure adherence to Panda standards and drive a positive guest experience.
