Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Ohio to lead a dynamic team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee daily store operations, focusing on sales goals, budget adherence, inventory control, and staff development.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in customer service/retail with at least 1 year in sales management and a passion for hair and beauty. Cosmetology experience is a plus, not required.

Formación

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop store team; inspire with strong customer focus to ensure memorable experiences.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, budget control, expenses, growth, and inventory management.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety and company policies.
• Maintain an attractive, well-presented store that reflects the Sally Beauty brand.
