Job summary

Scooter’s Coffee in Eau Claire is seeking a Store Manager who can lead a fast-paced team, oversee daily operations, and create a welcoming community presence.

You will hire and develop staff, manage schedules and inventories, ensure food safety, and build partnerships with local schools and businesses. This is a hands-on leadership role demanding proactive leadership and guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience in food service, coffee, retail, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team by hiring, training, coaching, and guiding Shift Leads.
• Oversee scheduling, labor costs, inventory, cleanliness, and product quality; ensure tasks are completed.
• Communicate with confidence and respect; address issues calmly and follow through on commitments.
• Build community connections through local partnerships, events, and outreach opportunities.
