Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations at the Bloomington location. You will recruit, train, and develop both part-time and full-time staff, manage payroll, and ensure top-tier customer service while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include optimizing staffing, supervising inventory and Omni-Channel processes, and maintaining visual presentations that reflect our fashion-forward image. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years store management or supervisory experience in customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to drive business results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all salesfloor & stockroom operations, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Coach staff to demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Ensure all visual displays adhere to Brand and Corporate direction.
• Recruit, hire, train management and non-management associates.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
