Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail or store operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a team to achieve store goals.
• Attention to detail and strong execution of store policies.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes The Sunglass Hut Experience tools to deliver sales plan and company objectives.
• Drives sales by identifying opportunities to achieve personal and store goals.
• Leads by example by coaching, developing, mentoring and inspiring the team to enhance store performance.
• Recruits, hires and trains staff using onboarding tools as part of The Sunglass Hut Experience.
• Develops customer relationships through interaction and feedback.
• Acts as an ambassador for the Sunglass Hut brand.
