Job summary

Garage Clothing in Houston is looking for a results-driven Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

You will recruit, train and coach staff, maximize profitability by hitting sales and productivity targets, and uphold our brand standards across daily operations. Flexible schedule and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities

The Role:

Reporting to the District Manager your main focus as Store Manager is to promote a positive shopping experience and build loyal customer relationships. You produce outstanding business results by leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and excellent standards. You demonstrate great leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching your team members. You maximize the store’s profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience
• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented
• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities
