Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business concentration is required.
• Experience in store management is required.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including customer service, training and development of staff, labor management, payroll control, and inventory management.
• Plan, implement, track, and report weekly sales programs and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company programs and all applicable laws and safety regulations.
• Lead hiring, attendance, retention and performance development of store management and associates.
