Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales, profitability and customer experience at a Signet brand store in Ocala, FL. You will lead daily operations, motivate staff and deliver exceptional service while maintaining standards and product knowledge across the team.

The role requires handling POS systems, inventory control and ongoing training to ensure top performance. A strong candidate will manage scheduling, recruiting and development in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail management experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

• Manage daily operations to meet sales and profit projections and maintain customer satisfaction.
