Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals within budget and inventory controls.
• Protect customers, associates and store assets by enforcing safety, security rules and company policies.
• Ensure the store presents a high-quality and appealing appearance at all times.
