The position supports a 2027 store opening, with training at a Central Training site to be determined and ongoing leadership development to grow future leaders within the district.

Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of customer service management or retail management experience.
• Able to work at any location in the assigned district or county.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership to coach and develop team members.
• Capable of managing store operations independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an enjoyable, welcoming experience for every customer through store operations, staffing, and product quality.
• Regularly review store environment and business indicators to drive improvements and profitability.
• Nurture and coach team members for personal and professional growth.
• Provide training and guidance to maintain 7 Leaves Cafe standards.
• Drive sales, increase efficiency, and maintain safe, compliant store operations.
• Inspire a team to positively impact the community and collaborate with District Managers.
