Responsibilities include mentoring staff, executing store strategy, managing stock and visuals, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and store presentation. A flexible schedule and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service and contemporary retail industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver top-tier customer service and sales performance.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Train, coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of guest focus and brand knowledge.
• Partner with District Manager to execute business plans and drive store KPIs.
