ONIVERSE - Intimissimi/Fashion Outlets of Chicago is seeking a Store Manager in Rosemont, IL. You will lead the store team, drive sales and deliver a memorable shopping experience through coaching and in-depth fashion knowledge.

You will train and develop staff, manage store operations, and ensure adherence to brand standards while achieving performance goals and profitable sales growth.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service and contemporary retail industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment, being self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Problem solving.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends.
• You are a people person, working with a team to accomplish store goals and build connections with guests.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate sales leadership on the sales floor through customer engagement with top clients.
• Enforce exceptional customer service and maximize the customer portfolio.
• Ensure client follow-up with the Sales Team and tailor proposals to needs.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals.
• Mentor and develop the team with product knowledge and brand awareness.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors.
