Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent + 1–2 years of retail work experience or equivalent
• Ability to supervise and train for use of equipment, tools and materials listed in CSR/LSR/SA descriptions
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR/LSR/SA descriptions
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash control
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Ability to have open availability
• Ability to communicate in English
• Ability to perform essential duties and physical functions

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full‑time employees (Assistant Manager, Lead Representative, CSR)
• Recruit, hire and train staff to ensure excellent customer service
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep store clean, stocked, organized, and well‑kept
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize customer service and store image
• Provide training on safety procedures and cash handling to reduce risk
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints
• Monitor store performance, reports and compliance with company standards
