Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a Store Manager in Louisiana with 2+ years' management and customer service experience. You will lead daily operations, coach staff, recruit talent, and drive customer satisfaction while protecting assets and maximizing profitability.

Income includes hourly pay ranging from $18.00 to $22.40 plus a lucrative monthly bonus. Earned wage access, benefits, and a 401k plan are available, with a schedule that supports weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must work a flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Supervise others effectively.
• Ability to work with firearms and become certified.
• Handle cash and operate POS systems.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Store must be able to work at multiple locations.
• Excellent work ethic and strong business sense.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner and address issues.
• Train and monitor Pawnbrokers for adherence to standards.
• Recruit top talent via prescribed channels.
• Open and close the store, count cash, protect assets.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising, systems, and reporting.
• Analyze financial statements to meet goals and drive profitability.
• Promote business with internal/external marketing tools.
• Lead a customer-centric environment and uphold company values.
