Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment and materials.
• Ability to supervise and manage store functions and personnel.
• Proficiency with computer use, reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Maintain a professional and supportive image among staff and supervisor.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Implement fair managerial practices during hiring, training, and counseling.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer concerns.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Ensure timely communication and reporting for site operations.
