Job summary

SmartStop Self Storage, Inc. in Warren, MI is seeking a Store Manager to oversee leasing, staff supervision, maintenance coordination, and customer relations.

You will run an organized office, follow company procedures, and drive occupancy and revenue for Store #6029. This role offers a starting wage of $17.50 per hour plus a monthly bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to lead a team in a fast-paced retail real estate environment.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance.
Computer literate with solid office skills.
Take-charge/can-do mentality yet able to follow set procedures.
Monthly Bonus Incentive Plan.

Responsibilities

Leasing storage and parking.
Managing a team.
Assisting with maintenance.
Supervising onsite projects.
Communicating with the home office team.
Maintaining good relationships with tenants by providing outstanding customer service.
Keeping the facility rented at optimum levels.
Prepares units for auction and vacates units as prescribed by law and approved by management.
Other duties as assigned.
