Job summary

Majors Management-Maritime Farms is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team and day-to-day operations onsite. You will drive profitability, manage inventory, and recruit and develop talent to deliver a superior guest experience.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail management, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 50 hours per week including one weekend per month.

• Must have valid driver's license and MVR.
• Flexibility in hours, including evenings/weekends/holidays, and ability to work at least 50 hours per week, including one weekend per month.
